Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shuangteng Bitong gel ointment on plasma inflammatory cytokines and synovial tissue Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88), and nuclear factor in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model rats. -¦ÊB (NF-¦ÊB) expression and explore its related mechanisms. Methods The CIA model was established by subcutaneously injecting collagen emulsion into the tail of rats.
