Abstract
Abstract Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of humanoid collagen dressing combined with superpulse CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of facial depressed acne scars. Methods A total of 76 patients with facial acne depressed scars who were treated from 2015-05 to 2016-12 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser, once every 3 months, for a total of 4 times. The treatment group was given human-like collagen dressing for external use after fractional laser surgery. The ECCA assessment method was used to evaluate skin lesions, and the scar scores, acute inflammatory reaction erythema and pain duration, scab formation time, scab complete shedding time, missed work period, adverse reactions, etc. were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The ECCA scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the treatment group dropped more obviously than the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative erythema duration of the treatment group was (1.25¡À0.62) d, and the pain duration was (1.46¡À0.77 )d, were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-2.483, P=0.015; t=-3.219, P=0.002); the postoperative scab formation time between the two groups was compared, and the difference was not statistically significant ( t=-0.439, P=0.066), but the time for the scab to completely fall off and the missed work period in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=-3.049, P=0.003; t=-2.197, P=0.031 ); the subjective feeling and comfort evaluation of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.197, P=0.028). The patient satisfaction rate in the treatment group (68.42%) was higher than that in the control group (44.74%). The difference was statistically significant (¦Ö2=4.338, P=0.037); the incidence of pigmentation in the treatment group was 5.26%, which was lower than 21.05% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (¦Ö2=4.145, P=0.042). The two groups of patients No adverse reactions such as blisters, infections, and hypertrophic scars occurred. Conclusion Combined external use of human-like collagen dressing can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acne depression scars after super-pulsed CO2 fractional laser surgery, shorten the duration of erythema and pain in the acute phase, promote healing, shorten work delays, and reduce adverse reactions. Improve patients¡¯ postoperative adverse feelings and improve quality of life For further information of this article and research, feel free to contact our team for asssitance.
