Abstract
Purpose: To evaluate the physical and chemical properties and in vivo biological properties of a three-dimensional porous bone repair material composed of three basic natural bone components, including collagen, hydroxyapatite, and chondroitin sulfate, and to observe its function as bone morphogenetic protein 2, bmp- 2) The effect of carrier. Methods: Using collagen, hydroxyapatite, chondroitin sulfate and bmp-2 as raw materials, a bone repair material with a certain three-dimensional structure was constructed through chemical cross-linking and freeze-drying. Observe the structural properties of the material through HE staining and scanning electron microscopy; observe the physical and chemical properties of the material through surface energy spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction; plant bone marrow stromal stem cells (marrowstromal cells, mscs) on the material surface, and observe the adhesion and proliferation of mscs on the material surface and differentiation; the composite material was implanted in rats to observe the degradation and ectopic osteogenesis of the material in the body. Results: The bone repair material maintained a complete scaffold structure at the implanted site and had a porous structure that was conducive to cell adhesion and proliferation. Through muscle implantation, bone tissue is induced to form ectopically, and with the formation of bone tissue, the scaffold is gradually degraded and absorbed. Conclusion: Collagenª²hydroxyapatiteª²chondroitin sulfateª²bone morphogenetic protein is a bone repair material with good biocompatibility and osteoinductive properties.
