Abstract
To explore the feasibility of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of ergosterol from Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of ergosterol, and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the process conditions for supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of ergosterol from Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies. Results: The optimal process conditions for supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of ergosterol: extraction pressure 20MPa, extraction temperature 45°C, entrainer (95% ethanol) dosage 1.0mL·g-1, extraction time 1.5h. Conclusion: Supercritical CO2 fluid has the advantage of adjustable polarity and can effectively extract ergosterol from Ganoderma lucidum.
