Abstract
Objective To further observe the anti-immune liver fibrosis effect of Panax notoginseng total saponins in rats. Methods Rats were induced to undergo liver fibrosis with bovine serum albumin and other composite factors, and at the same time, 60 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg of total saponins of Panax notoginseng were injected subcutaneously for a total of 6 weeks. Separate serum and detect liver function; separate liver tissue for pathological fibrosis grading and immunohistochemistry to observe the synthesis and expression of type I and III collagen and TGF-¦Â1. Results Total saponins of Panax notoginseng could reduce serum aminotransferase, increase liver albumin synthesis, reduce the degree of liver fibrosis, and inhibit the synthesis and expression of type ¢ñ and ¢ó collagen and TGF-¦Â1 in rats with immune liver fibrosis. Conclusion Panax notoginseng total saponins have anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
