Abstract Using the sea cucumber body wall as raw material, the acetic acid solvent method was used to extract acid-soluble collagen. Using the acid-soluble collagen yield as an indicator, the optimal conditions for extracting acid-soluble collagen by the acetic acid solvent method were determined through uniform design experiments: the temperature was 4¡ãC, the acetic acid concentration The concentration of acid-soluble collagen is 0.5 mol/L, the material-to-liquid ratio is 1:1 000, and the extraction time is 72 h. Under these conditions, the yield of acid-soluble collagen can reach 7.35% (mass fraction) of the collagen fiber raw material. Analysis of amino acid composition shows that sea cucumber The glycine (Gly) content of body wall acid-soluble collagen is 33.6% and the hydroxyproline (Hyp) content is 7.04%
