Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Guizhi warming and dredging meridians on collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) model rats, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods 110 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 normal groups. The remaining rats were injected intradermally with 0.5 mg of collagen emulsion into the tail root and back of each rat to prepare an arthritis rat model. 21 days after the inflammation was induced, the model was successfully modeled. Rats (90 rats) were randomly divided into model group, methotrexate group, Guizhi group, Guizhi Achyranthes group, Guizhi Chuanwu group, Guizhi Duhuo group, Guizhi Aconite low, medium and high-dose groups. Group of 10 animals; administered intragastrically once a day for 21 consecutive days. The arthritis index (AI), hind paw volume and ankle joint pathological changes of rats were observed, and the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-¦Á (TNF-¦Á), interleukin-1¦Â (IL-1¦Â), and interleukin-¤B6 (IL) were detected. -6) content. Conclusion The combination of Guizhi warming and dredging meridians has a certain inhibitory effect on joint inflammation in CIA rats, and may be an effective combination in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
