Abstract
The pig umbilical vein was perfused with 1g/l collagenase, endothelial cells were digested, isolated and cultured under appropriate conditions. The growth characteristics of the cultured cells were detected, and the cells were identified by factor VIII-related antigen (f-VIrag) and scanning electron microscope morphology. The results showed that 70% of the cells adhered within 24 hours, grew rapidly on the 3rd to 5th day, and grew into a monolayer on the 4th to 5th day. The cultured cells grew adherently in a single layer, with a typical paving stone shape, and the factor VII-related antigen (f-VIrag) test was positive, proving that the cultured cells were vascular endothelial cells.
