Abstract
Collagen-based composite tissue-engineered skin is the future development direction and research hotspot. Based on the introduction of tissue-engineered skin, this article briefly reviews and discusses the principles and methods of collagen modification, the pore-making method of collagen-based composite scaffold materials and its relationship with the pore structure, the selection of seed cells, and cell structure. Key scientific and technical issues such as composite culture with scaffold materials, vascularization and its influencing factors, and the regeneration of other skin appendage organs are also clarified, and the ideas and methods for solving these scientific and technical problems are clarified, providing useful information for the research and development of tissue-engineered skin. reference
