Orthogonal Experiment To Optimize Fish Skin Degreasing Process By Phacoemulsification

Abstract
Using basa fish skin as raw material, the degreasing process of fish skin by ultrasonic emulsification was studied. Conduct a systematic study on factors such as degreasing agent type, ultrasonic time, degreasing agent concentration, and material-to-liquid ratio during the degreasing process. The degreasing agent selection results show that surfactant NP-10 combined with ultrasonic degreasing effect is better. On this basis, through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, it was determined that the optimal process is to select a NP-10 solution with a volume fraction of 1%, ultrasonic treatment for 3 hours under the condition of an ultrasonic power density of 2.22¡Á104W/m3, and the material-to-liquid ratio is 1:5.5(g/mL). Under these conditions, the degreasing rate of fish skin was 82.59% and the collagen loss rate was 5.32%.
