Orthogonal Experiment To Optimize The Preparation Process Of Collagen Peptide Chelated Calcium

Abstract
Collagen peptide chelated calcium was prepared using collagen peptide and calcium chloride as raw materials and its optimal preparation process was determined. The results showed that the optimal chelating condition for collagen peptide chelated calcium was that the mass ratio of calcium element to collagen peptide was 13:100. , pH6.0, time 30min, temperature 30¡æ. The chelation rate of collagen polypeptide chelated calcium obtained under this optimal chelating condition reaches 77.7 mg/g. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis results show that collagen peptide chelated calcium is a new substance. Later animal experiments also proved that collagen peptide chelated calcium has the function of increasing bone density.
