Abstract
Compound human-like collagen and hyaluronic acid in different proportions, control the final concentrations of hyaluronic acid (w/v) to be 0, 0.01%, 0.05%, and 0.1% respectively, cross-link with genipin, and use vacuum freeze-drying Methods to construct vascular stent materials. Through scanning electron microscope, Compatibility and histocompatibility were studied. The results show that when the content of hyaluronic acid is 0.05%, the pore size of the human-like collagen-hyaluronic acid scaffold is relatively uniform, the porosity reaches 94.38%, the stress is (1000.8¡À7.9) kpa, and the burst pressure is (1058.6¡À8.2 )kpa, passed the cytotoxicity test, and has good cytocompatibility, tissue compatibility and degradation properties.
