Abstract
Bacillus anthracis spore exine wall collagen-like protein (BclA) is the main structural component of the hairy hyphae on the spore exine wall and is also the main immunogen of the spore. Bc lA genes were cloned from three strains of Bacillus anthracis isolated in China and sequence analyzed. It was found that the length of Bc lA of two strains (A16R and 40048) was different from that of foreign reported strains, containing 388 and 322 amino acids respectively, and 72 There are 5 and 50 GXX three-amino acid repeats, and 5 and 3 5GDTGTT repeats (GPT) containing 21 amino acids (BclA repeats). The Bc lA of another strain 40022 is exactly the same as that of the 53169 strain reported abroad, containing 370 amino acids, 66 GXX repeats, and 5 Bc lA repeats. to our country
