Abstract
An electrochemical galvanostatic co-deposition method was used to prepare a hydroxyapatite (HA)/collagen composite coating on a medical pure titanium substrate. SEM and XPS tests showed that the composite coating showed a specific ordered nano-micron dielectric structure. hierarchical porous structure, and the chemical composition is an organic-inorganic composite of HA and collagen. In vitro cell culture experiments were used to observe the adhesion and growth morphology of cells planted on the surfaces of different materials, showing that the electrochemical co-deposition composite coating has better performance than pure HA Or pure titanium surface for better biocompatibility.
