Abstract
Abstract: A new type of organic-inorganic composite material was obtained by composited with collagen and modified nano-TiO2. The changes of collagen content in the composite with composite temperature and pH were studied. The TiO2 crystal form, Al2O3 coating modification and glutaraldehyde exchange were also investigated. The effect of joint modification on the infrared emissivity of composite materials. The results show that the optimal temperature for composite of collagen and modified nano-TiO2 is 50¡æ, pH is 8.0, and the collagen content can reach up to 9.45wt%. The composite between the two is strong. The synergistic effect significantly reduces the infrared emissivity of the material and improves the thermal stability of the material; after the composite material is cross-linked and modified with glutaraldehyde, it can form a tight and orderly network layered structure, the thermal stability is further improved, and the infrared emission is The rate can be as low as 0.502.
