Abstract
new bioinorganic hybrid material was prepared using grafted collagen and mesoporous silica. Grafted collagen was prepared by copolymerizing collagen with methyl methacrylate as grafting agent. Using ethyl orthosilicate as the template and dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide as the surfactant, mesoporous silica was prepared through a simple heat treatment process. Mesoporous silica-grafted collagen hybrid material is prepared by ultrasonic dispersion of a mixture of grafted collagen and mesoporous silica. Its three-dimensional structure is characterized by X-ray diffraction. The lattice parameters a, b and c are 0.68 respectively. 0.37 and 1.64nm, which are orthorhombic crystal forms. The nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm shows that the specific surface area of the hybrid material can reach 273m2¡¤g-1, the pore volume is 0.13cm3¡¤g-1, the average pore diameter is 3.4nm, and the distribution is narrow. The hybrid material has an infrared emissivity as low as 0.323 at a wavelength of 8 to 14 ¦Ìm, and has potential application value in the fields of optoelectronic devices and infrared stealth.
