Abstract
HAP-CS composite scaffold of hydroxyapatite (HAP) scaffold and mixed chitosan (CS) was prepared using three-dimensional printing (3DP) molding technology, and the HAP-CS scaffold was modified with type I collagen (Collagen Type I). Treatment; the performance of the prepared scaffold was studied through compressive strength experiments, porosity determination, micromorphology observation, hydrophilicity and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity detection experiments. The results show that adding CS can increase the compressive strength of the HAP scaffold by 74.5%, but does not reduce the porosity of the scaffold; the hydrophilicity of the HAP-CS scaffold modified by CollagenType I is significantly improved, and the ALP activity test results show that Collagen Type I can improve the cell ossification ability. . In summary, the HAP-CS modified scaffold prepared in this study has good performance and biological activity and can be used for bone defect repair research.
