Abstract
? Collagen-in2o3 nanoparticle complexes were prepared by liquid-liquid dispersion method. Using collagen-in2o3 nanoparticle complex as pigment, epoxy resin as binder, and adding dispersant, leveling agent, defoaming agent and other additives, a collagen-in2o3 nanocomposite infrared low-emissivity coating is prepared, and the coating is Made into coating. The experimental results show that: the critical pigment volume cpvc of the coating is 0.473, the infrared emissivity of the coating (1-22 ¦Ìm, 8-14 ¦Ìm, 3-5 ¦Ìm) is 0.658-0.671, the temperature resistance of the coating is 348¡ãC, the hardness, resistance Good mechanical properties such as abrasion and adhesion.
