Abstract
collagen-sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan/silicone rubber skin regeneration material was prepared, and its repair performance for full-thickness skin defects after burns was examined using mini-pig as a model. First, sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan was synthesized. Polysaccharide, and its structure was characterized. A collagen-sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan porous scaffold was prepared, and the effect of sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan content on the microstructure of the scaffold was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). .As the content of sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan increases, the collagen-sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan scaffold transforms from a fibrous structure to a sheet structure, and the pore size of the scaffold becomes relatively larger. Using in vitro fibroblast culture Experiments have shown that the collagen-sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan scaffold has no obvious cytotoxicity. The collagen-sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan scaffold was further compounded with a silicone rubber membrane to construct a skin regeneration material with a double-layer structure. Mini pigs were used As a model, its repair performance for deep burn wounds was evaluated. Gross observation and histological analysis results showed that the collagen-sulfonated carboxymethyl chitosan/silicone rubber skin regeneration material has faster vascularization performance, and the Material-treated wounds can effectively support the transplantation of thin autologous skin grafts and achieve full-thickness repair of deep burn wounds.
