Abstract
? Pig skin was treated with neutral protease (1:100) for 8 hours, and then soaked in 0.1mol/lnaoh for 6 hours. It had good hair removal and epidermal layer shedding effects, and most of the impurity proteins in the skin were also dissolved and removed. After squeezing, rinsing, degreasing, drying and crushing, the crude collagen powder is obtained, which has good storage stability.
