Abstract
SO2-4/ZrO2 solid acid was prepared using skin collagen fibers as template. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and ammonia temperature-programmed desorption were used to prepare the SO2-4/ZrO2 solid acid. (TPD), X-ray diffraction (XRD), specific surface area and pore size analysis, etc., characterized the structure and physical properties of SO2-4/ZrO2 solid acid. The results showed that SO2-4/ZrO2 relatively intactly maintained the collagen fibers. The fibrous structure. SO2-4 is coordinated and chelated on the surface of ZrO2 to form a solid super acid. As the heat treatment temperature increases, the specific surface area and average pore size of SO2-4/ZrO2 decrease, and its medium-strength acidity The center gradually weakens until it disappears. In the esterification reaction of citric acid, the SO2-4/ZrO2 solid acid with a fibrous structure shows high catalytic activity, and the catalyst has good reusability.
