Research On Extraction Of Acid-Soluble Collagen From Carp Scales
Keywords
Abstract
The effects of temperature, time and acetic acid concentration in the process of extracting carp scale collagen by acid method were studied, and SAS was used to perform regression analysis on the influencing factors. The optimal conditions for carp scale collagen extraction were obtained, with temperature of 18¡ãC and extraction time. 38 h, the acetic acid concentration is 1.3 mol/L, before extraction, the use of Na22CO3 treatment can greatly improve the extraction of collagen. Provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive processing and utilization of freshwater fish.
