Abstract
In order to solve the problem of poor mechanical properties of hyaluronic acid and collagen hydrogels, this study used a two-step cross-linking method to prepare hyaluronic acid, collagen and polyethylene glycol diacrylate into a hydrogel that is both biocompatible and highly efficient. Strong composite hydrogel. The study prepared hydrogels with the same mass fraction of collagen and polyethylene glycol diacrylate and different mass fractions of hyaluronic acid. The physical and chemical properties of the composite hydrogel were controlled from the microstructure and mechanical strength, and L-lysine was used. Acid modifies the composite gel. SEM results show that the ternary composite hydrogel has a honeycomb internal structure, the pore size ranges from 80-180 ¦Ìm, and when the lysine concentration reaches 40 mM/L, the compressive modulus of the hydrogel reaches 414 kPa, which is a modified 19 times the front modulus. Cytotoxicity and in vivo implantation experiments show that the hydrogel leaching environment has no obvious inhibitory effect on cell growth, produces low immune rejection, and is expected to be used in the repair of cartilage and other tissues.
