Abstract
Using distilled water containing 0.02% sodium azide as the mobile phase and broad distribution T10 and T70 dextran as standard samples, the molecular weight of collagen extracted from chrome leather residue under different conditions was determined by aqueous phase gel chromatography (WPGC). and molecular weight distribution. Within the reaction time and pH value range of the medium set in the experiment, the number average molecular weight (Mn) of collagen is lower than 4000, and the molecular weight distribution is wide (d=Mw/Mn=3.19-8.35)
