Based on the amino acid composition of collagen and the structure and activity characteristics of ACE inhibitory peptides, the potential ACE inhibitory active peptides in the collagen sequence are analyzed, and the current research status of collagen ACE inhibitory peptides is summarized; on this basis, the research on collagen ACE inhibitory peptides is analyzed problems existing in the process, and put forward prospects for solving the problems, in order to provide certain reference for the development and in-depth research of collagen ACE inhibitory peptides.
