Abstract
Combined with quantum dot in situ molecular imaging technology, the cancer invasion and metastasis pattern based on dynamic changes of type IV collagen was explored. Collect clinical pathology specimens of liver cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer and cervical cancer, use immunohistochemistry and quantum dot imaging technology to image key molecules in cancer cells and their related microenvironment, and observe the dynamics of type IV collagen during cancer invasion and metastasis. Variety. The results show that type IV collagen changes dynamically during cancer invasion and metastasis. First, cross-linking increases at the basement membrane, forming an irregular and dense sleeve to wrap the cancer nest; then, the collagen in multiple basement membranes undergoes conformational changes and is degraded to form an invasion front. At the same time, with the re-linear deposition of type IV collagen in the interstitium and the increased aggregation of macrophages, cancer cells eventually escape and metastasize. From the above results, it can be concluded that cancer invasion and metastasis exhibit a “pulse mode”, and the dynamic changes of type IV collagen create a suitable microenvironment for cancer invasion and metastasis.
