Abstract Antifreeze peptides are a type of polypeptide that can non-colligatively reduce the freezing point of a system and play a very important physiological role in life. An ice-affinity adsorption device was built in the study, and microbial protective activity was used as an indicator to optimize its effect on pigs. The adsorption conditions of collagen antifreeze peptides in the enzymatic hydrolysis complex of skin collagen were studied, and the properties of the isolated products were studied. The results showed that the concentration of the enzymatic collagen hydrolysis complex was 1 mg/mL, the adsorption time was 10 h, and the adsorption temperature was – Under the conditions of 5¡ãC and 2 adsorption times, the obtained collagen antifreeze peptide has the strongest low-temperature protective activity against microorganisms. After ice affinity adsorption, the separation effect between the main elution peaks of the collagen antifreeze peptide increased significantly. , the molecular mass of its collagen antifreeze peptides is mainly less than 1 000 Da, and is rich in glycine, proline and hydroxyproline
