Abstract
Jellyfish collagen peptide was obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of jellyfish collagen to study its immunoregulatory effect on mice. Jellyfish collagen peptide was administered to mice and the immune organ index, macrophage phagocytosis function, spleen lymphocyte proliferation function and other immune functions were measured. Functional indicators. Test results show that high-dose jellyfish collagen peptide can significantly increase the carbon clearance index K, phagocytosis index ¦Á and spleen index of mice, and significantly promote the proliferation of T lymphocytes induced by concanavalin.
