Abstract
Bovine tendon collagen fibers were prepared by the acidase method, and the rheological properties of collagen fiber swelling solutions with different concentrations were studied using a rotational viscometer. A power law equation was used to perform nonlinear regression fitting of the rheological property data, and the results of collagen fibers at different temperatures were obtained. rheological model. The research results show that within the test range, the shear stress of collagen fiber swelling solutions with concentrations of 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5% increases with the increase of shear rate and collagen fiber content; as the temperature increases High, the apparent viscosity of the collagen fiber swelling solution shows a downward trend. When the system temperature reaches 36¡ãC, the apparent viscosity of the collagen fiber swelling solution drops sharply, and the collagen fibers undergo thermal denaturation; the collagen fiber swelling solution fluid appears “shear thinning” “phenomenon, showing the characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid, and the fitting correlation coefficient of the rheological model is r2¡Ý0.991, indicating that the power law model can effectively characterize the rheological properties of the collagen fiber swelling solution. Research on the rheological properties of collagen fiber swelling solution provides theoretical and experimental basis for the further development and utilization of natural collagen fibers.
