Abstract
Based on the Langevin equation, the thermodynamic behavior of a collagen particle moving in a simple harmonic potential field is studied, and the analytical expressions of its effective temperature and dissipated power driven by periodic signals are given. The results show that external periodic stirring can polymerize Environmental heat energy is transferred to the collagen particles, causing their effective temperature to increase significantly. This is caused by the cooperative mechanism of potential fields, external signals and noise; however, under resonance conditions, the dissipation work done by the outside world also reaches a maximum.
